2007 Spring Solvang Double Century

On Saturday, March 31st, I completed my 2nd double century of the calendar year. The course wove through the countryside surround Solvang, which is west of Santa Barbara. The weather was cold in the morning and cool throughout most of the day. There was some wind, but by the time it got strong in the afternoon we were returning back south and enjoyed mostly tailwinds. No problem with sore or swollen Achilles tendons. Here are some photos:
