This *is* still America, isn't it?

This URL is to an article about the effects of intimidation tactics by aspects of the anti-Prop8 community in response to the voters of California passing Proposition 8 (which legally defines marriage as being between a man and a women) and the recent California Supreme Court's decision to uphold that law.

I was in attendance at that first, post-election news conference. The police presence was very much needed.

Cameron,

Thanks for the post and the links. I'm very afraid that this isn't the America we love. Intolerance and intimidation seem to have become acceptable to many. Government officials, who should be protecting Americans' rights to speak and express opinion, have negelected their duty or joined in the intolerance. The fight will continue.
